Catalog products

For standard catalog products, statutory consumer withdrawal rights may apply where the product has not been custom-made or used beyond inspection.

Custom STL prints

Custom prints made from a customer's STL file or specification may be treated as made-to-order goods. Withdrawal rights can be limited for such items where allowed by law.

Order cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation and refund terms are agreed according to the stage of the order. If printing or other custom work has already started, reasonable material, machine-time and labour costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Defects and mistakes

If a part is damaged, incomplete or does not match the confirmed specification, we may offer reprint, repair, replacement, partial refund or refund depending on the issue.

Return shipping conditions depend on the reason for return and will be confirmed case by case.
