Data we process

We process contact details, billing and delivery details, order contents, payment/invoice status, customer messages, STL quote settings and uploaded STL files.

Why we process data

Data is used to answer requests, calculate and confirm print quotes, process orders, arrange delivery or pickup, issue invoices, keep accounting records and protect the security of the website.

STL files

Uploaded STL files are stored privately. They are used only for quote review and production of the requested print, unless another use is agreed separately.

Processors

We may use hosting, email, payment, accounting and delivery service providers where needed to process an order.

Retention

Order and accounting records are kept as required by law. Quote files and messages are kept only as long as needed for the request, production, support or dispute handling.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data where applicable. You may also object to processing where the law allows it.

In Latvia, the data protection supervisory authority is the Data State Inspectorate.
