Products and custom prints

Catalog products have fixed prices. Custom STL requests receive an automatic estimate first, then a manual review. The final price is valid only after we confirm it by email or invoice.

Payment

Orders are currently accepted with invoice payment. The invoice is valid for 5 calendar days from its issue date unless another due date is stated on the invoice. Production normally starts after payment is received, unless another arrangement is agreed with the customer. Estimated production time is usually 3–7 working days; the exact timing is confirmed individually depending on model complexity, material availability and current workload.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is provided through Latvijas Pasts by parcel locker or postal delivery. The fixed delivery charge is EUR 3 within Latvia and EUR 7 to other European countries.

Customer files

Uploaded STL files are used only to review and produce the requested print. Files are stored privately and are not published in the product catalog.

Print tolerance

3D printed parts can have visible layer lines, small surface variations and dimensional tolerances. Functional parts should be checked against the intended use before ordering.

Consumer rights

Distance purchases may include statutory consumer rights, including withdrawal rights where applicable. Custom-made goods produced to the customer's specification may have different withdrawal rules under consumer law.

Pickup arrangements

Pickup from Parādes iela 3, Rīga, Latvia is available by prior arrangement only. We will confirm the collection time with the customer.
